49.50kW SOLAR PROJECT

INDUSTRIAL

SYSTEM

Clarence Greenergy developed a 49.50kW Solar PV System

SOLAR

Power Purchase Agreement with customers (tenants) to provide solar energy during the daytime

LEASE

A roof rent is paid to the landlord

SAVINGS

Targeted electricity saving of minimum 10% per annum

CO2

Equivalent to not emitting 43 tonnes of CO2 annually**

kWh

110,543 kWh of solar energy produced annually*

Clarence Greenergy project managed the delivery of 49.50kW Solar Power System at the Murarrie Industrial Complex for the Clarence Property Diversified Fund (CPDF).

The system has been established with a ‘Net’ connection and provides renewable energy for 3 separate customers.

The renewable benefits of the project include the reduction of 43 tonnes of CO2 emissions.

*as at 30 September 2023

**This is calculated based on the Greenhouse Gases Equivalencies Calculator – Calculations and References | US EPA.This equation converts kWh of solar power generated by renewable sources into avoided units of carbon dioxide units. It assumes that by using renewable energy sources, 7.09 x 10-4 metric tonnes/kWh of Co2 are not emitted into the atmosphere.
